SPECIAL SESSION


MIDAS - 2020 is inviting eminent academicians, scientists, researchers, industrialists, technocrats, government representatives, social visionaries and experts from all strata of society to work together for more meaningful and professional outcome. The MIDAS team plans to hold special sessions on various areas of expertise, in any of the tracks based on related theme. These Special Sessions will be chaired by experts from different fields. The shortlisted papers will be accepted for presentation and publication in the Soft Copy of pre-Conference proceedings. Further, all presented papers will be submitted to Springer AIS series for publication and indexing.

Title: Smart Healthcare Technologies

Smart Healthcare Technologies is an open, standards based technology platform that enables innovators to create apps that seamlessly and securely run across the healthcare system. Using an electronic health record system or data warehouse that supports the Smart Healthcare Technologies standard, patients, doctors, and healthcare practitioners can draw on this library of apps to improve clinical care, research, and public health. The Smart Healthcare Technologies platform is composed of open standards, open source tools for developers building apps and a publicly accessible app gallery. To make it easy for developers to get started building apps based on the Smart Healthcare Technologies standards maintains and supports a set of open source libraries that simplify and streamline the use of these standards in real world apps. Technical aspects of smart healthcare technologies that support and assist users in technology-enhanced home environments, from implants for monitoring physiological signals to wearable technologies, and address the consequences for the design, use, and acceptance of future technologies. This special session will bring together leading researchers and developers from both industry and academia to present their research on Smart Healthcare Technologies.

Title: Intelligent Computing Systems

Intelligent Computing Systems explores emerging scientific and technological areas in which provide efficient solutions and to demonstrates how Intelligent Computing Systems make use of computational methodologies to address real world problems of high complexity for which exact mathematical solutions, based on physical and statistical modeling, are intractable. Common intelligent computational methodologies are presented including artificial neural networks, evolutionary computation, genetic algorithms, artificial immune systems, fuzzy logic, swarm intelligence, artificial life, virtual worlds and hybrid methodologies based on combinations of the previous. The Special session will be useful to researchers, practitioners and graduate students dealing with mathematically-intractable problems intended for both the expert/researcher in the field of Intelligent Computing Systems and its applications and attempts to create a platform to foster new ideas and technical insights in the design and analysis of emerging intelligent computing systems and their scientific, engineering, and commercial applications. The main aim of this special session is to present the latest snapshot of the ongoing research as well as to shed further light on future directions in this space. Authors are invited to submit papers presenting novel technical studies as well as position and vision papers comprising hypothetical/speculative scenarios. The field of Information Security (InfoSec) has grown and evolved significantly in recent years. It offers many areas for specialization, including securing networks and allied infrastructure, securing applications and databases, security testing, information systems auditing, business continuity planning, etc. Information Security is basically the practice of preventing unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, inspection, recording, or destruction of information. Information can be physical or electrical one, or it can be anything like your details, or we can say your profile on social media, your data in mobile phone, your biometrics, etc. Thus, it spans so many research areas like Cryptography, Mobile Computing, Cyber Forensics, Online Social Media, etc
